Jiashan New Industry City is located in Jiaxing county, Zhejiang province. It is located at the central axis of
Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo in the Yangtze River Delta. It is adjacent to Jiashan (High-Speed Railway)
South Station, and has direct access to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport that can be reached in 23 minutes. Since the
project was launched in 2013, it has become the new benchmark of CFLD’s New Industry City programs south of the
Yangtze River.

Jiashan New Industry City focuses on the development of an intelligence-intensive building industry project
with modern high-quality R&D buildings. It concentrates on major emerging industrial clusters such as R&D,
finance & trade, film & media, and information & software. At the same time, it also pays close attention to
global innovation resources, relying on innovation carriers such as Techcode and Torch Incubation to accelerate
business incubation and boost regional industrial upgrading.
